The Baker Motor Vehicle Company manufactured electric automobiles in Cleveland, Ohio from 1899 to 1914. One of the first Baker Electric Vehicles produced was sold to Thomas Edison, who had designed the nickel-iron batteries that were used to run the vehicles.
this wonderful approximate 8½" x 7¾" cabinet card has an approximate 4¾" x 3½" photograph of a Baker Vehicle from approximately 1903.
