Hasler HT20 Tabber or Neopost TA 20 Tabber or apply postage stamp machine

Looking for a good home for this I slightly used Hasler HT20 (or also sold as a Neopost TA-20.
I purchased this unit but never used it.  You can run this unit in line or as a standalone--in which case you need a feeder for it.  This unit is way more than I need for our small mailing business. It is amazing condition (as you can see from photos) and looks brand new with hardly a scratch on it.  I purchased from a very small community college that had it under a service contract until they pulled it from service.  Since ive never used it, Im selling it AS IS.. .  I can secure to a pallet at no extra charge if you want to ship this.
Look at the photos!  I've never seen a used machine in such pristine condition! I don't know how to opetate this, and really dont need it.
