Like other providers at this time, there's a struggle for supply to meet demand. Most of my items are fine for now, but the uncertainty of how much is being ordered and limits by my supplier mean there's a chance of delays in orders.
Usually ships much sooner(about a week, usually around the weekend) than the estimated 30 business day shipping/handling time listed. It's mostly listed that way as a precautionary measure in case something happens to my stock. Ebay doesn't let me set a range on the dates, so I had to choose the maximum. That reflects in the estimated delivery date, pre-scan. A more realistic date appears when the shipping label is scanned. For example: If it were January 1, the page would show an estimated delivery date of maybe February 15th. If the item(s) are shipped/scanned on January 5, the estimated delivery date would update to show a date of about January 9. If I am unable to fulfill your order within the given time frame, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
For international orders, please check with your customs/import/export laws and regulations to make sure your country can accept it.
When companies change the design of the packaging, I'll update photos (and description, pricing, etc. if it affects size/portions) as soon as I can. Photos won't be updated just to show the expiration/use by/best by date of the current stock, but I do not ship expired items.
