For your consideration, here is Madame Alexander's 14 inch, Margaret face, full body porcelain doll, manufactured by Franklin Mint.  She is drop dead beautiful, with inset bright blue eyes.  I would call her hair, an ash blonde and her face paint is very beautiful.  Her gorgeous Bridal Gown is white tulle, over white taffeta(?).  This is a reproduction of Madame's 1947 Wreath Bridal Gown doll.  It is so well made.  She also comes with her original stand, with information written on the bottom of it.  Please see pictures.  I do not have her original box, but I will pack her with the utmost care.  She is heavy and will require a lot of packing.

I am a retiree that enjoys selling on EBay for something to do.
