McIntosh MA-6100 COMPLETE Rebuild Kit w/ Instructions Amplifier Recap Set

Up for sale here is this complete rebuild kit for the McIntosh MA-6100 amplifier.  This contains new capacitors for the 5 plug-in circuit boards, replacements for a number of transistors, a new 220 uf 100v axial capacitor for underneath, individual capacitors to replace the multi-section can capacitor, and replacements for the two screw-terminal main capacitors.  If you want a more basic (and much cheaper) kit, I have that available

This kit includes 28 capacitors--2 Chemi-Con main caps, 3 axial Illinois Capacitors, 2 bi-polar Nichicon Muse, 2 Wima film, and 21 Panasonic FC and Nichicon PW.  The axial Illinois Capacitors are for the axial caps on the driver boards and the one on the underside--the other 4 smaller axial capacitors are replaced with Nichicon PW radial capacitors.  The multi-section can capacitor is replaced with four individual electrolytic caps.  The two main filter capacitors are upgraded to the new Chemi-Con 12000 uf 50v screw-terminal caps, which are drop-in replacements for the old ones.  You will need to reuse the screws from the old main caps, which will work great.
These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts.  The capacitors are all at the same capacitance (uf) ratings and the same or improved voltage ratings, except the two filter caps, which go up a bit in capacitance.  These are extremely high-quality parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild McIntosh gear.
I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding these boards is at least mildly complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron.  This is fairly delicate work, so if you're not an experienced solderer this may not be a good idea.  A lot of McIntosh MA-6100s have hum or buzz due to grounding issues, which this kit will not solve.  Still, it will definitely help it run better, and should improve the sound.  Please see my pictures for details.
