It includes everything from Babe Ruth baseball cards to Grateful Dead Concert T Shirts, rare posters, vintage toys and albums and even museum quality artwork. MONTEREY POP FEASTIVAL POSTER 1967 ORIGINAL TYPE 1 No. AOR - 3.5 Foil RARE!!! To say that this is rare would be an understatement. This is the original poster from one of the most iconic concerts in history! Everyone played there including Hendrix, Joplin, The Grateful Dead and The Who. This has been sitting in my basement for decades. I knew it was rare but now I can’t find another one anywhere on the internet, not listed or even sold. I saw some pics of the smaller Type 2 version 14” x 21”. This is the Type 1 version, measuring approximately 19” x 35”. Someone sent me one that sold at Heritage auctions for almost ,000! So I added it to the pics. There are some flaws. First it’s mounted on a piece of wood paneling. Crazy, yes but hey if it’s framed you wouldn’t even know. In the center it has been damaged. There is some fraying on the edges and there are corner pinholes. So please check all of the pics! That this survived in any condition is a miracle. If you need some additional photos just let me know. I don’t even know how to price it. And I’m not even sure if I want to let it go. *MEMORYLEN*
